End User License Agreement

License grant

Subject to payment, activation and compliance with this Agreement, MLOStudio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software on the authorized device for your own lawful personal or commercial creative work.

License plans and device binding

A Monthly license is valid during the paid access term. A Founders Lifetime license is valid for the commercial life of the MLOStudio product, subject to this Agreement. Each license is bound to one device identifier at a time unless the purchase terms expressly state otherwise.

Deactivate the prior installation before moving a license. You may not share, publish, rent, sublicense or resell a license key or device token.

Ownership

MLOStudio and its original code, interface, documentation and branding remain owned by the MLOStudio operator or its licensors. The license grants use rights only and does not transfer ownership.

Your content and local data

You retain whatever rights you hold in your Blender projects, original custom assets, material recipes and exports. MLOStudio does not obtain ownership merely by processing them locally. You are responsible for determining whether you have the rights needed for every input and output.

GTA V and third-party files

MLOStudio does not include, sell, sublicense, upload or distribute GTA V files or extracted Rockstar Games assets. Local game-file functionality operates on data supplied by and stored on the user's own computer.

This Agreement grants no rights to GTA V, FiveM, Blender, Sollumz or other third-party software or content. Their licenses and terms continue to apply independently.

Restrictions

You may not circumvent license checks or device binding; extract or disclose credentials; redistribute the add-on except as expressly authorized; remove ownership notices; use the software to infringe rights or violate law; or reverse engineer protected service interfaces except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Updates and online components

The software may check authenticated MLOStudio services for license status, authorized content, Interior AI generation allowance and updates. Updates may change compatibility or require Blender restart. Online services may be unavailable during maintenance or after license expiry, while existing local databases and downloaded caches are not automatically deleted solely because a license expires.

Termination

This license ends when its paid term expires or may be terminated for material breach, fraud, unlawful use or license circumvention. On termination, stop using the software and online services. Terms concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers and liability survive where applicable.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is.” Back up projects before installation, updates, building or export. MLOStudio does not warrant compatibility with every Blender, Sollumz, game or third-party modification. Mandatory statutory warranties remain unaffected.

General terms

If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. The final operator identity, governing-law clause and notice address must be added and reviewed before production publication.
