Agreement

By accessing the website or using MLOStudio services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and, for the software, the End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate purchase information, the security of your license key and activity performed through your activated installation.

Do not share a license key publicly or attempt to bypass device binding, authentication, rate limits or service security.

Product and plans

MLOStudio is offered at standard prices of $20 per month, $160 per year and $250 for Founders Lifetime. Promotional pricing may be offered for a limited time; the price and renewal terms displayed by the payment provider at checkout control the purchase. Taxes and provider charges, if any, are shown before purchase.

Monthly and annual access continue for the paid term and renew according to the checkout terms until cancelled. Founders Lifetime is a one-time license for lifetime product access, subject to these Terms and the License Agreement. “Lifetime” refers to the commercial life of the MLOStudio product and services, not the lifetime of any individual.

Interior AI allowance

Each license key includes up to 100 successful Interior AI prompt generations. Failed model or network requests are not intended to consume the allowance. The allowance is tied to the license key, cannot be transferred between keys and may be protected by reasonable rate limits. Generated plans are starting points and must be reviewed before role-play or production use.

No GTA V files are provided

MLOStudio does not sell, license, host, supply or distribute GTA V game files or extracted Rockstar Games assets. The software is an independent Blender workflow tool. Local features process data already present on the user's computer.

You are responsible for obtaining and using all game files, third-party tools and project content lawfully and in accordance with their applicable terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website or services, interfere with their operation, probe non-public systems, distribute malicious code, automate abusive traffic, resell unauthorized access, infringe intellectual-property rights or use MLOStudio to obtain or distribute content unlawfully.

Availability and changes

Features, compatibility and online services may change as the product develops. We may suspend a service for security, maintenance, legal compliance or abuse prevention. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Third-party services

Blender, Sollumz, Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, GTA V, FiveM and related services are operated by third parties under their own terms. MLOStudio is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” You are responsible for backups and for reviewing generated or exported project files before use.

MLOStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, lost data or interruption, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Termination and contact

You may stop using the services at any time. We may restrict access for material breach, fraud, unlawful use or security risk. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective. Questions or notices may be sent through the official support channel shown on the website or purchase receipt.
