Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy applies to the MLOStudio website, license and update services, authorized content delivery and feedback features. The identity and contact details of the final data controller must be added before production publication.

Data processed locally

Blender scenes, local GTA V files, user-created materials, custom assets, previews, caches and exports are processed on your computer for the requested creative workflow. They are not uploaded merely because you browse, edit, place or build content.

MLOStudio does not distribute GTA V files and does not claim ownership of local game data.

License and device data

Activation and status checks may process a license identifier, license type and state, a non-reversible device identifier, an installation token, timestamps, add-on and Blender versions, and service responses needed to enforce the license. The server stores protected representations of full keys and tokens rather than exposing them in normal application data.

Interior AI prompts

When you press Generate from Prompt, the text you entered is sent to the private MLOStudio model service together with authenticated license and device context. The prompt is used to create a controlled interior plan and enforce the generation allowance. MLOStudio stores a one-way prompt hash and generation status for quota and abuse prevention, not the prompt text itself. Blender scenes, local game files and custom assets are not included in this request.

Downloads and updates

Catalog, content and update requests may include authentication data, requested resource identifiers, version and compatibility information, network address and standard server logs. This data is used to authorize, secure and deliver the requested download.

Purchases

Payments may be processed by Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy. The selected payment provider handles payment credentials under its own privacy terms. MLOStudio may receive order, customer, subscription, product, status and license metadata required to provision and maintain access; it does not receive full card details.

Feedback and support

If you choose to send feedback or request support, we process the category, message, any screenshot you deliberately attach and any technical details you provide. Do not include passwords, full license keys or unrelated personal data.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to perform the product contract, deliver requested services, protect licenses and systems, comply with law, and pursue legitimate interests in security, reliability and product support. Where consent is legally required, it will be requested separately.

Storage, retention and security

Local MLOStudio data is stored under the Windows local app-data area and user documents unless you choose another supported location. License credentials are encrypted with Windows DPAPI outside .blend files.

Service data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for licensing, transactions, security, support and legal obligations. Exact production retention schedules must be finalized before launch.

Sharing and international processing

Data may be handled by service providers needed for payments, hosting, delivery, security and support, under their applicable terms and safeguards. We do not sell personal data. Production vendor and transfer details must be completed before live publication.

Your choices and rights

You can avoid optional feedback, manage subscription billing through the payment provider, deactivate an installation and remove local caches or user data you no longer need. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Use the official support channel to submit a request.
