Refund Policy
This draft describes the intended handling of cancellations and refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
Checkout and provider
Public checkout is processed by Gumroad. The product page displays the applicable refund period before payment; the current MLOStudio products are offered with a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Digital product
MLOStudio is digitally delivered software with license-gated online services. Because access can be provided immediately after activation, refund eligibility may depend on activation, use, the reason for the request and mandatory law in your location.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel future monthly or annual renewals through Gumroad. Cancellation does not normally reverse a charge already completed; access continues through the paid term unless a refund is approved or the law requires otherwise.
Refund requests
If MLOStudio is materially defective for its documented use and support cannot provide a reasonable resolution, or if you were charged in error, contact the official support channel with the order identifier and a concise description. Each request is reviewed against the purchase record, product use, payment-provider rules and applicable law.
Generally ineligible cases
Subject to mandatory law, a refund may be declined for change of mind after substantial use, failure to meet clearly stated system requirements, loss caused by unsupported third-party modifications, violation of the Terms or License Agreement, or inability to provide sufficient order information.
How approved refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by the payment provider. Processing time depends on the provider and financial institution. Refunded or reversed purchases may cause the related license and online access to be disabled.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes any refund, withdrawal, warranty or other consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
